From the very beginning it feels like the story is moving and you have the chance to unlock some interesting scenes within less The two main girls are pretty and have nice bodies. The MC is terrible in that he’s spineless, has no character, and just goes around doing whatever he’s told. The storyline starts off good, w the problems that the mother caused, but later on the MC just sucks up to her, or whatever, and lets her stay in his house, pays her bills/bail, doesn’t do anything about her meddling, etc… Total wimp He doesn’t even do anything when she interferes with the girls, he pretty much encourages it which is opposite of what he tells the girls he’s going to do.

Ultimately deciding to leave, you start packing your things. But not all is as it seems.. As the corporation in charge of this contest has some deeper, more sinister plans for you. Choose your protagonist and unravel the story, discover the goals of this corporation and.. Well, the rest I will leave up to you to discoverSo far, We Are Lost (0.2.13 version) got me on the line, divided between the good and the bad. The story is the perfect example: on one hand it has some interesting ideas and it is decently written, on the other it comes to points that feel completely rushed and unbelievable.

Then the choices: there are none. I mean, there are, but you basically choose between having incestual sex (you can define the relatoinships but they are very clearly a family) or not, and if you are playing an erotic game it’s clear what path you’ll probably choose. Which means that, so far, choices are rather pointless. And, so far, even though it’s been worked on for quite some time, it’s still has quite little amount of content. Character models and renders are pretty good, but the game would need some more images and the animations are a bit basic. I played with the sound off so I can’t talk about it. And at least in my playthrough I didn’t find any bugs.

Before I say anything else about this game I want to acknowledge what I’m sure must have been a painstakingly difficult process the developers of this game went through in order to get this game out the door with the level of quality shown throughout. It is genuinely impressive to me how much they crammed into this while maintaining not only the vibes but also the art and music never getting old.

There are some games that you play cover to cover and really have to wonder how there was such a consistently high level of artistic flair, games like Gris, games like Ape Out, and now, SCHiM SCHiM is fantastic, its one of the more gorgeous games I’ve played in recent memory and I will absolutely be downloading the OST to use in youtube videos when its out. This is a really relaxed game with a story that I wont spoil for you, but one that I thoroughly enjoyed I highly recommend SCHiM and will keep an eye out for what these devs have in store for future games down the road.
